JGBR was founded in 1999 and is the nation’s largest steel ball producer. Its reputation for impeccable quality is renowned in Asia, Europe, and the U.S. JGBR offers a full range of ball sizes in AISI 52100 Chrome steel from 3.00mm through 63.5mm in grades 5 to 1000; 440C Stainless 3.175mm through 9.525mm; and case hardened Carbon balls in grades 100 to 1000.
JGBR opened its 58,000 sq. m. plant in March of 2007, and now employs more than 680 people. JGBR’s in-process inspection procedures and equipment include chemical analysis of raw material, eddy current testing, optical inspection using Aviko scanners, microscopic inspection, Steyr sphericity/waviness analysis and surface finish testing.
JGBR is certified to TS16949, ISO 14001 and is in the process of registering its REACH compliance. Our material conforms to the following standards: AMS 6440, ASTM A295, AISI 52100, 100 C R 6, DIN 1.3505, JIS SUJ 2, Federal QQ-5-6243, Federal standard 66b and Timken 3.1.29.
